職責描述:1.在銷售線索產生并確認潛在客戶轉化為有效客戶過程中,成為客戶的第一個或最初的聯系窗口,與客戶能進行清晰簡單的溝通,并通過有效的銷售流程給其提供專業的指導。2.通過外撥電話發現新客戶,維護和拓展公司在區域內潛在客戶的數據庫。3.與AE和渠道合作以建立和擴大銷售漏斗,并能夠及時有效地完成項目,同時在CRM中維護準確的跟進記錄。4.利用公司學習到的專業知識,在整個銷售過程中為客戶提供解決方案,直至客戶下訂單。5.協助AE和渠道(如前期咨詢、演示等)向客戶銷售可穿戴計算機/工業AR軟件/云平臺和技術服務,完成大中華區的業務目標。6.利用客戶關系管理(CRM)工具對我司主動和被動獲取的銷售線索進行管理和分析。7.建立和維護有效的客戶關系,了解客戶需求,促進客戶充分了解可穿戴計算機/工業AR軟件/云平臺和技術服務,并配合提供解決方案以確??蛻粲幸粋€積極正向的體驗。8.能夠把控銷售流程中的各個方面,并在需要時可以與其他部門進行良好的合作。9.領導安排的其他相關工作。任職要求:1.3年相關行業的銷售經歷,具有較強的銷售能力和數字化捕捉能力.2.良好的數字化項目經驗和知識。3.具備較強的學習能力和責任心以及正直的人品,會以客戶為導向思考問題。4.本科或碩士學歷,理工科專業(計算機專業優先)。5.必須以結果為導向,善于維護人際關系和溝通能力。6.必須善于團隊合作。Job de****ion?Be the owner and first/ initial contact point for the lead qualification process for leads generated and determine the potential. Clear and concise communication with customers and provide guidance through the sales qualification process.?Making outbound calls to discover new customers. Maintain and expand company database of prospects within the region.?Partner with AE and Channels to build and scale pipeline and close projects efficiently. Maintaining accurate records in CRM.?Utilize the expertise available in HQ to support customers for the solutions requirement throughout the sales process up to the point of order placement.?Assist AE and Channels (like providing consult and demo at early stage) selling wearable computer/industrial AR software/cloud platform and technical services to customers, achieving business targets for GCA.?Inbound/outbound leads management and analysis using the tool of CRM. ?Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer to understand full of wearable computer/industrial AR software/cloud platform and technical services, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience.?Be able to control all aspects in sales processes and well work with across departments when in need.?Other relevant tasks will be assigned by your leader.Job requirements?3 years sales experience in related industries, strong sales competency with digital capture capability.?Good experience and knowledge of digitalization project.Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and integrity, customer-oriented thinking.?A bachelor or master’s degree, major in science or engineering (computer major is preferred).?Must be results-oriented, good at maintaining interpersonal and communication skills.?Must be good at teamwork.
