職責描述：崗位定位：負責部門體系建設及體系優化，標準制度和流程的沉淀及體系化；協調其他部門保證工程項目按計劃推進；部門日常工作的組織協調等。工作職責：1. 負責工程建設的IMS體系搭建以及平臺維護，收集項目的優秀案例、經驗教訓完善體系管理要求；2. 從工程量維度，負責對全球 “7+1” 區域內的在建項目進展情況進行跟蹤與管理（周度、月度、年度）；3. 負責項目的支持工作，后臺支持平臺的維護等，具體鸚鵡螺系統（Nautilus system）的持續優化，并跟進其開發管理工作，涵蓋平臺開發及系統間對接；4. 負責部門的日常工作組織，統籌總部工程建設職能系統性工作總結（部門級、公司級、集團級），為決策制定與效率提升提供支持；5. 負責工程建設職能的溝通機制管理工作，涵蓋流程、機制的搭建與維護。任職要求：1. 具有較強的溝通、協調和推動力，善于和銷售、項目現場等跨團隊溝通；2. 熟練使用工程管理方面的軟件；3. 熟練的英文聽說讀寫能力；4. 熟悉風電EPC項目的開發和建設流程，或熟悉風電項目的定額情況和工程概算方法優先考慮。
