Responsibilities: The tactical purchaser supports the implementation and is responsible for executing the predefined commodity group strategy, optimizing logistical processes, and efficiently conducting procurement activities to improve supplier performance and optimize costs. This role significantly contributes to enhancing competitiveness, efficiency, and ensuring material availability. 1. Tactical Commodity Group Management: 1.1 Implementation of the commodity group strategy in accordance with corporate ****ives and guidelines from Commodity Management. 1.2 Adjustment of supplier strategies based on market analyses and feedback from internal stakeholders within the ****work of the material group strategy. 2. Supplier Management: 2.1 Execution of supplier changes, tool transfers, and onboarding on the Jaggaer platform. 2.2 Regular execution of price ****s and negotiations of claims from complaints. 2.3 Implementation of SC concepts to optimize logistics and supply capability. 3. RFQ-process / Contract Management: 3.1 Preparation and execution of RfX processes, offer ****uations, and contract conclusions. 3.2 Management of contract documentation and ensuring Material Compliance. 4. Data Management: 4.1 Maintenance and updating of master data in ERP systems. 4.2 Monitoring and adjustment of minimum order quantities and delivery times. Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above Mechanical design & manufacturing, Industry engineering, communication engineering, automation engineering, management, etc.2. CET-6 score of 520 or above or equivalent English proficiency certificate. 3. Fluent in English, able to communicate independently in business settings. 4. 5+ years of work experience.5. Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.6. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.7. Global market knowledge (advantageous).8. Technical knowledge within the responsible material groups.9. Cross-functional process knowledge.10. Expertise in EU and international law.11. Willingness to travel.
