1 Participate in the quality work during the project progress, solve the quality problem about the material, assembly and commissioning stage, and push the project to complete quickly according to the plan. 參與項目進行中相關的質量工作，解決物料、裝配、調試階段出現的質量問題，推動項目的按照計劃快速完成 2 Lead the related work of system components: supplier review, quality problems in the manufacturing process,pre-quality acceptance, tracking the equipment connection in the our workplant, tracking and supervising the problem solving. 主導系統部件的相關工作：供應商審查、產品制造過程中的質量問題、質量驗收，追蹤在廠內的設備對接情況，問題點的跟蹤和監督解決。 3 Regular quality data collection and analyzing 定期的質量數據收集和分析工作 4 Assist QM to finish some work about test the capability and reliability of our machine and related equipment, implement quality acceptance 協助QM完成一些測試設備能力及可靠性的工作，完成機器及設備的質量驗收 5 Follow up and collect quality documents of QM department 完成QM部門的質量文件的追蹤收集和歸檔整理工作 6 Some assist work for incoming material inspection, manufacturing parts supplier inspection. 協助來料檢驗工作、制造件供應商的審查工作 7 Other tasks assigned by leader 領導交代的其他工作 任職要求：1.Junior College degree or above, mechanical/electrical engineering related field is preferred ?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，機械/電氣等理工科專業優先 2. Over 3 years experience on quality or automatic process, automotive/automation industry or equipment debugging is preferred 3年以上質量管理或者自動化工藝工作經驗，具備汽車及自動化行業或者設備調試經驗背景優先 3. Familiar with automatic key target to assess the performance of the Equipment, like OEE/ME/MA/MSA and so on 熟悉解決問題的相關質量工具，如OEE/ME/MA/MSA 等 4. Good skills in data analysis and application 良好的數據分析及應用能力 5. Good problem-solving an analytic skills 良好的問題解決和分析能力 6. Good teamwork, readiness to learn and to work hard 具有良好的團隊合作精神，有上進心，樂于學習，工作努力 7.
