崗位職責：1.算法開發與優化：負責自動駕駛系統中的路徑規劃、運動規劃等核心模塊的算法研發，覆蓋港口道路、泊車等場景設計高效、安全的軌跡生成算法(如Lattice Planner、Optimal Planner等)，解決復雜動態場景下的實時規劃問題，優化算法性能，提升系統應對Cut-in、擁堵、狹窄道路等長尾場景的魯棒性； 2.跨模塊協同：與感知、預測、控制模塊緊密協作，構建閉環規劃系統，確保規劃結果符合車輛動力學約束，參與系統級仿真與實車調試，推動算法在量產項目中的落地； 3.技術攻堅與創新主導復雜技術問題攻關(如交互博弈、不確定性場景決策)，探索深度學習(如強化學習、模仿學習)與傳統規劃算法的融合方案；跟蹤學術前沿(如CVPR、ICRA頂會論文)，推動規劃技術的迭代升級。 4.團隊賦能：主導技術文檔撰寫、代碼評審及架構設計，制定團隊開發規范，指導初中級工程師，提升團隊整體技術能力。崗位要求： 1.碩士及以上學歷，計算機、自動化、車輛工程、機器人學等相關專業； 2.5年以上自動駕駛規劃算法開發經驗主導過至少1個量產項目規劃模塊交付； 3.精通主流規劃算法(A、RRT、EM Planner等)及優化方法(QP、非線性優化、凸優化)熟悉車輛運動學/動力學模型，掌握C++/Python，熟練使用ROS/ROS2、Apollo等框架； 4.具備大規模場景仿真及實車調試經驗，熟練使用CARLA、VTD等工具鏈； 5.深入理解ISO 26262、ASPICE等車規標準，熟悉功能安全開發流程； 6.邏輯清晰，責任心及抗壓能力強，能快速定位并解決復雜問題；加分項:英語熟練；具備機器人運動規劃(如機械臂、無人機)或游戲AI路徑規劃經驗；熟悉高精地圖、定位模塊的技術細節及接口規范。
