職位描述：1、負責制定和實施汽車及其零部件的測試方案，包括新產品的整車及零部件測試、試制驗證、問題解決等工作。2、組織車輛道路實驗，對車輛的動力性、制動、平順性、可靠性、經濟性進行測試與研究。收集和分析測試數據，撰寫測試報告。3、識別故障，進行根源分析，并與設計團隊協作解決問題，根據實驗要求完成試驗準備、實施與結論分析，向相關工作人員提出可行性改善建議。4、建立測試規范和技術體系文件，組織設計開發階段與生產驗證階段的質量控制工作，對測試過程進行控制和規范管理，確保測試活動的順利進行。5、參與新產品試制計劃的制訂和試制方案的論證工作，參加技術交流會議和技術培訓，配合部門領導開展其他相關工作職位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，具備流利的英語交流能力，車輛工程、電氣工程等相關專業背景；2、具備相關專業學習經驗，了解測試方法及各類的測試標準3、熟悉整車網絡架構，熟悉CAN通信協議和J1939通信協議，熟悉Vector、 PCAN或周立功CAN分析工具的使用。4、熟練使用相關軟件繪制電路原理圖，熟練使用車輛電氣測試相關的儀器5、具有良好的動手能力，良好的溝通技巧，具有良好的團隊合作精神，能夠合理處理工作壓力，適應出差和現場解決具體問題
