職責描述：1. 能有效思考，確認版本方向，并對版本品質把控，保障版本質量；2. 進行策劃團隊管理，保障策劃團隊工作的質量和效率；并能通過指導、分享等途徑提升策劃團隊的專業水平；3. 協調技術、美術、測試團隊，共同完成既定開發目標；任職要求：1.3年以上游戲策劃工作經驗，經歷過2款以上完整項目，至少主導其中一款項目的策劃工作；2.對游戲制作的各方面流程都深入了解，至少一年以上策劃團隊管理經驗，數值出身優先；3.熟悉數值卡牌手游，對這塊游戲市場有深入的了解和獨到的見解；4.有能力從用戶體驗角度出發，認真思考設計目的，指導具體設計；5.有志于并有信心打造S級手游產品，追求高品質、高效率，以及具備良好的學習心態、學習能力。
