工作職責：1、根據業務發展的需求和編制，分解年度招聘策略，運營各類招聘項目；2、開拓和管理各種招聘渠道，滿足公司的人才需求；3、建立和優化招聘流程，協調招聘團隊高效合作；4、收集市場人才信息，進行相關行業/人才 mapping；5、負責招聘渠道的數據統計和分析，通過數據確定招聘流程問題并提出解決方案。任職要求：1、本科及以上學歷，5年以上招聘相關經驗，游戲行業招聘經驗優先；2、優秀的項目執行能力和推進能力，有校招、內推運營等招聘項目經驗優先；3、良好的邏輯分析能力、數據分析能力、解決問題能力、溝通能力；4、熱愛游戲，熱愛招聘，自我驅動力強。
