職位描述：1、負責港口、機場等封閉場景下的業務類系統產品設計；2、與技術團隊緊密合作，協調開發、測試、實施過程，確保按時交付高質量產品；3、收集客戶反饋，定期分析市場趨勢與競爭格局，優化產品功能與用戶體驗；4、與客戶、合作伙伴及內部銷售團隊溝通協作，推動產品落地和商業化成功；5、跟進前沿技術，如AI、自動駕駛等，探索新技術在產品中的應用場景。職位要求：1、學歷背景： 本科及以上學歷，計算機科學、信息管理、物流管理或相關專業優先；2、工作經驗：1-3 年產品設計經驗；有港口、園區、機場等行業業務系統經驗者優先；3、產品/技術能力：能夠獨立完成產品的需求調研、功能設計，輸出產品的原型設計和PRD等；能夠和客戶，研發、測試等團隊高效協作，推動產品的迭代和落地；了解軟件產品開發流程，具備一定的技術背景（如了解Web開發架構、數據分析工具、API接口等）；4、通用能力：優秀的需求調研、文檔撰寫和溝通表達能力；優秀的溝通協作能力，能夠和外部、內部團隊高效協作；5、語言能力： 英語流利優先（需與國際客戶/團隊溝通）。加分項：有港口/機場/物流行業背景；有成功推動產品從0到1的經驗者優先；有路徑規劃、調度算法等相關知識者優先；PMP或其他產品/項目管理認證。
